I am currently testing/learning about 3CX and have run into a problem. Our 3CX server is on a server VLAN, and as long as I plug new handsets into the server vlan 3CX will discover them fine. If I plug a new unconfigured phone into our workstation VLAN 3CX will not discover the phone automatically.

(If I configure the phone on the server VLAN, then move it over to workstation it works fine. There are no firewalls or anything blocking traffic)

Just took (and failed) the intermediate exam. I missed 7. got a copy of the exam and it's absurd. 5 or 6 of the 7 are just plain wrong (or else my engrish is bad). One questions was something about holidays not being able to span multiple days. I answered false. I literally looked at a 3cx install and went to the holiday hours - there's a drop down box - one day, multiple days. lol. I've written my sales rep 2X regarding this and emailed [email protected] 2 weeks ago. no reply. anyone else have issues with the tests ? I would love to argue my case but it seems nobody at the company really cares to even reply.
